Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome, 10am – 6pm. Booking online or by phone guarantees your chair at busy times.
How long does a full set of braids take?
It depends on size, length and style. Call or message with a photo of what you're after and we'll size the appointment honestly.
How should I prep my hair?
Arrive washed, detangled and product-free unless we agree otherwise — prep changes by style, so just ask when you book.
How long will my braids last?
With a night wrap and light care, most sets sit clean for 4 – 8 weeks. We stock the care products to get you there.
Do you braid children's hair?
Yes — kids' cornrows and braids are a lounge staple. Bring them in.
Can I bring my own hair, or buy it there?
Either. We stock pre-stretched braiding hair and extensions in-store, so you can match colours on the day.
